Our bartenders not only mix drinks at the bar, but when available they will cocktail and assist in the maintaining of the event. We recommend one bartender per 50 people. More than 50 people will require a cocktail server or a second bartender. We recommend this to ensure your guests are served quickly and properly. Each event is unique so please contact us for staffing questions.
We also provide service staff for events such as cocktail servers, food servers, and barbacks. These addional staff can assist with the flow and appearance of your event. Each event is unique so please contact us for staffing questions.
We have created working relationships with some of the best catering companies in SWFL. If you are in need of a caterer please contact us for a reference appropriate to your event.
If you want to make your life just a bit simpler allow AAA Bartenders to not only provide your Bartender but also all the non-liquor items for the event. Don't worry about setting up or breaking down your bar all of this is included. When you purchase this package we will take care of purchasing, transporting, and setting up the bar, coolers, ice, mixers, garnishes, cups and all other non-liquor items for your event.
If you want to make your event one to remember this is the package for you. Don't worry about anything in regards to your bar because this package includes all that is necessary for a Full Service Bar. Don't be bothered by shopping for the right amount or type of mixers and garnishes. AAA can provide a diverse and appropriate amount of mixers and garnishes to make all the common drinks for your event.
Simple as it may be, a key part of any event with libations will be the cups that they are served in, AAA will gladly provide all the cups necessary for your events.
We are happy to create a drink menu for your party using a limited amount of liquors & mixers, which will in turn offer your guests a wide range of drinks while keeping your necesary ingredients to a minimum thus helping save you money. We'll be glad to print these keepsake menu's on a customized background tailored to your event.
AAA Bartenders always come dressed to impressed. However if you are having a Themed Party we will do our best to come dressed according to your theme.
